Privacy
Confidence Radar is operated as an iSequre initiative. This notice describes, in plain language, how your information is handled so the conversation can be personalized, saved, and resumed securely.
Identity and sign-in
Your business email is used as your verified identity. We do not use passwords. Instead, we email you a one-time sign-in link when you begin or resume a conversation. Your first name and company name help us personalize the experience.
What we store
We store your first name, company name, verified email, the responses you contribute to your conversation, and a record of the agreements you make (which version of the notice, and whether you granted continuity and marketing permissions). We also keep basic timestamps needed to secure the account.
How your information is used
Your information is used to authenticate you, personalize the conversation, save your responses so you can resume later, and improve the experience. Your contact information is not sold. Marketing communications require separate, revocable permission.
Your control
You can review and update your first name, company name, and marketing preference at any time from your account page. Your email is your verified identity and cannot be changed in-app. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
Security
Your information is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security so that only your authenticated account can read or modify your own records. Consent decisions are recorded as an append-only history and cannot be altered after the fact.
What not to share
Please do not submit highly sensitive secrets, passwords, access keys, protected health information, payment-card information, or confidential legal information through the conversation.
Scope of the product
Confidence Radar is not a formal legal, insurance, compliance, or cybersecurity audit service. It is a guided conversation intended to support reflection and clarity for business leaders.
